Dale Nichols founded the company in 2003 under the name Help-U-Sell Community Realty.  The name has since changed to California Community Realty, but the original founder and mission are still in place.  The company offers real estate consulting for residential, commercial, investment property, and manages rental property in both the residential and commercial markets.

​​Dale has an intimate knowledge of the area.  His family moved here back in 1952.  With his decades of experience in banking and lending, he is able to analyze a transaction from many angles and correct course if necessary to best serve his clients and their interests.  His many years of experience have sharpened his negotiating skills which are his specialty!  So he is very active in helping investors acquire properties and ensuring solid returns on their investments.

Dale’s business is his hobby as well.  He enjoys restoring old homes to their former glory and includes himself in every detail of the work.  He works 6+ days a week " Helping people find their California dream.”
